InputScout Terms of Use

These terms govern use of InputScout, a service operated by VEYAMA, LLC. By using InputScout, you agree to use it lawfully and consistently with these terms.

The service

InputScout is a language-learning discovery, organization, and calibration layer. It helps learners find and track third-party videos. It does not provide, host, own, or license the underlying YouTube content.

Third-party content and services

YouTube videos, channels, trademarks, advertising, availability, and platform behavior are controlled by YouTube and the applicable creators. Your use of those services is also governed by their terms. A link, difficulty score, or recommendation is not an endorsement or guarantee.

InputScout metrics

Difficulty, fit, quality, and recommendation signals are InputScout or community-generated estimates. They are not supplied, reviewed, or endorsed by YouTube. Language learning outcomes vary, and InputScout does not promise a particular result.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, bypass access controls, interfere with operations, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, automate abusive traffic, or attempt to obtain private learner or staff information. Staff access is invite-only and role-limited.

Your submissions

You may submit public YouTube URLs, ratings, comparisons, reports, and feedback. You grant VEYAMA, LLC permission to process those submissions to operate, secure, moderate, and improve InputScout. Do not submit confidential or infringing material.

Availability and changes

Features and third-party videos may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. We may suspend access needed to protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service.

Disclaimers and liability

InputScout is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. VEYAMA, LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for third-party content or services. Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using InputScout and request deletion at any time. We may restrict access for abuse, security risk, unlawful conduct, or material violation of these terms.
